How do I cancel my subscription?+

Open Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. It stays active until the end of your current billing cycle, then auto-stops. No retention email tricks.

How do I delete my account completely?+

Settings → Account → Delete account. All your projects, audits, AI fixes, and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Why hasn't my audit finished yet?+

Audits usually take 15–60 seconds. If yours is still running after 2 minutes, your site might be slow or blocking our crawler. Email us with the URL and we'll diagnose.

The 'How to fix' button is greyed out — why?+

Either (a) you've already generated a fix for that issue (it's saved — scroll down to see it), or (b) you're on the Starter plan with a 7-day cooldown between regenerations. Upgrade for faster refresh.

I changed my site, why hasn't my position moved?+

Google takes 2–8 weeks to re-evaluate a site after significant changes. Use 'Check all' on the Tracker page after major changes — but be patient.

Can I try Outerank before paying?+

Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day Pro trial — no credit card required. After it ends, you keep your data; you just need to pick a plan to keep using the modules.

Do you offer enterprise / white-label pricing?+

Yes. If you need to resell Outerank under your own brand or have 50+ client sites, email us — custom pricing available.
